Cancellation & Refund

• Cancellation must be notified until July 8th, 2025 to EAGOT Secretariat via e-mail (eagot2025@gmail.com).
• All refunds will be made after the EAGOT 2025 for administrative reasons and all remittance charge will be deducted from the refunded amount.
